Kapture Technologies LLC ("Kapture," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Kapture Platform.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account registration data: name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Profile information: profile photo, bio, and service area (Reps).
- Payment information: processed and stored by Stripe; Kapture does not store raw card data.
- Session content: photos and videos captured during booked sessions.
- Communications: messages exchanged through the Platform's messaging features.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and in-app interactions.
- Location data: approximate or precise location when you grant permission, used to match Creators with nearby Reps.
- Log data: IP address, browser type, referring URLs, and access timestamps.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Stripe: payment confirmation and payout status.
- Analytics providers: aggregated usage and performance data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
- Match Creators with available Kapture Reps for requested sessions.
- Process payments and distribute Rep earnings.
- Facilitate same-day content delivery.
- Communicate with you about bookings, platform updates, and support inquiries.
- Enforce our Terms of Service and protect the safety of our users.
- Improve the Platform through analytics and user feedback.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. How We Share Your Information
3.1 With Other Users
When a booking is confirmed, Creators and Reps receive limited profile information about each other (e.g., name, photo, and session details) necessary to complete the session.
3.2 With Service Providers
We share information with third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform, including:
- Stripe — payment processing and Rep payouts.
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
- Cloud hosting and analytics providers.
All service providers are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our instructions.
3.3 For Legal Compliance
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kapture, our users, or the public.
3.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of Kapture's assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any new privacy practices.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at support@kapturetechnologies.co. Note that some data may be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes after an account deletion request.
5. Your Rights and Choices
5.1 Access and Correction
You may access and update your account information at any time through your account settings.
5.2 Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
5.3 Location Data
You may disable location access through your device settings. Disabling location may limit certain Platform features, including Rep matching.
5.4 Marketing Communications
You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any such email or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings. Transactional communications (e.g., booking confirmations) are not subject to opt-out.

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Kapture Technologies regarding bookings, account updates, and platform notifications. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
5.5 California Residents
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. 6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to authenticate users, remember preferences, analyze Platform usage, and improve our services. You may control cookie settings through your browser; however, disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality.
We do not engage in cross-site behavioral advertising.
7. Children's Privacy
The Kapture Platform is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at support@kapturetechnologies.co.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure.
No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information and are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances outside our control.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this document and, where required by law, provide additional notice (such as an in-app notification or email). Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
