How do I book a Kapture Rep?+

Open the Kapture app, choose your session type, location and time, and confirm. You'll get a notification as soon as a nearby Rep accepts.

How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?+

Go to your booking in the app and tap Cancel or Reschedule. Cancellation policies and any applicable fees are shown before you confirm.

When do I receive my content?+

Kapture Reps deliver your photos and videos the same day, usually within a few hours of your session ending.

I'm a Rep — how do I get paid?+

Payouts are handled through Stripe and sent to your linked bank account on our standard payout schedule. You can view earnings inside the app.

How do I stop receiving SMS messages?+

Reply STOP to any Kapture text and you'll receive one confirmation message, then no further texts. Reply HELP for help or email us.
